Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders.

A ₹50 COD fee applies to Cash on Delivery orders.

For COD orders, we may contact customers for order confirmation before shipping.

6. Shipping

We provide free shipping on all orders.

The usual delivery timeframe is approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the destination, product availability, and other delivery conditions.

Orders may be delivered through logistics partners including:

  • Ekart

  • Shadowfax

  • Blue Dart

Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been shipped.

COD orders may also be cancelled before shipping.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

8. Returns, Replacement & Refunds

Our return policy allows customers to request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible issues.

Eligible reasons include:

  • Product received damaged

  • Wrong product received

  • Defective product received

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Products returned must be in their original condition and packaging, along with applicable accessories and components.

UNIQKE will bear the applicable return shipping cost for eligible returns.

After the returned product is received and successfully inspected, an eligible customer may receive a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

9. Refunds

Once an eligible return is successfully received and approved, the refund will generally be processed within 5–7 days.

The actual time for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
